Affiliation Benefits 2010
Playgroups who affiliate with Playgroup SA (PGSA) enjoy a wide range of benefits.
Playgroup Affiliation is achieved each year by returning the appropriate Affiliation Form together with the yearly Affiliation Fee to Playgroup SA. Playgroups then receive a receipt for payment as well as an Affiliation Certificate to be displayed at the playgroup.

- FREE promotion / referral by Playgroup SA staff for general public to attend your playgroup (on average we receive 16 playgroup location enquiries a day!!)

- FREE playgroup coordinator training
- Discounted certified training for staff on Child Safe Environments, First Aid etc.
- PlayNEWS, our member newspaper, distributed to your venue 3 times a year
- Playgroup SA Annual Raffle allowing your playgroup to raise $1 from each $2 ticket sold for your playgroup
- Assistance with grant applications including the auspicing of grants
- FREE assistance with promotion & event management of National Playgroup Week activites
- FREE fundraising advice
- Random FREE giveaways for playgroup. In 2009 all playgroups holding a National Playgroup Week event received scrapbooks, bags & DVDS
- Public liability and personal accident insurance cover for members and children whilst attending an affiliated playgroup or playgroup excursion or activity anywhere in SA

EARLY BIRD AFFILIATION COMPETITION
Affiliate before the Early Bird deadline of February 28 2010 and your playgroup will automatically go into the draw to win a $375 LeapFrog Prize Pack consisting of a number of fantastic fun and educational toys for all young playgroup members to help them leap ahead with learning including the 2008 Australian Toy of the Year, the Tag Reading System.
